Modest activewear fails in a different way from modest daywear. A garment that looks correct standing still can ride up, gape or go sheer the moment the wearer moves — and that is exactly when it is being used. Coverage that holds in motion is the design problem, not an afterthought.

We are a modest wear OEM/ODM workshop with six years of experience supplying fashion brands across the US and Europe. We build sportswear to your specification at a 50-piece minimum per style and color.

Coverage that holds in motion

Four things decide whether a modest activewear piece actually works:

Stretch and recovery — the fabric has to return to its shape after repeated movement, not progressively loosen through a session.
Opacity under stretch — a knit that is opaque flat can go sheer across a knee, hip or shoulder once it is under tension.
Seam construction — seams take the load in activewear. Flatlock or overlocked construction matters more here than on daywear.
Length and hold — hems and cuffs need enough tension to stay in place without cutting in, particularly on sleeves and trouser legs.

These are specification decisions we agree with you and then confirm on the sample, so you know what you are approving rather than finding out after the first production run.

Fabric sourcing

Performance knits are the part of this category where substitution is least forgiving — a change in weight or elastane content alters recovery, opacity and how the garment behaves after washing. We source to your specification and confirm the fabric on the sample rather than swapping in an equivalent.

How sampling works

Send your brief — the activity, the coverage you need, reference images or a tech pack.
We cost and specify it — construction, fabric options and a quotation, usually within 24 hours.
Pattern and sample — drafted for movement and made, around 7 days.
Wear review — move in it. Check length under stretch, opacity, seams and whether anything rides up.
Production — fabric sourced, cut, sewn, inspected and packed.

Common questions

Can you make a sport hijab?

Yes — pull-on styles, tied styles and cap-and-wrap constructions, in performance knits chosen for stretch and hold rather than drape.

Do you test performance properties?

We confirm stretch, recovery, opacity under stretch and seam construction on the sample. If you need third-party testing for a specific claim, tell us at brief stage and we will agree what is required before production.
