Collection: Custom Hijabs

Hijabs are usually the first product a new brand orders, and the category where a single decision — dimensions — decides almost everything downstream. This page covers what the range looks like, the minimum involved and how a first order runs. Construction detail for our sample hijab sits on the custom hijab product page.

What brands are choosing between

Four decisions come up in almost every hijab brief. None of them is a fixed style — they are directions you settle before sampling starts.

Decision What it changes for the buyer What we handle
Rectangular or square How it is styled and how much fabric the wearer has to work with Length and width, edge finish, how the drape falls
Woven or knit Grip and breathability — a jersey stays put, a chiffon needs styling Fabric sourced to your spec, opacity confirmed on a physical swatch
Solid or printed Whether the hijab carries a seasonal story or sits in a core range Artwork placement, repeat size, printing done before cutting
Finished edge Price point, and how the product reads in the hand Stitched or rolled edge, matching thread, label placement

What it takes to start

The hijab minimum is 100 pieces per style and color — higher than our garment minimum of 50. If you are building a coordinated range, plan the color count before the style count: every color carries its own minimum.

Sampling runs about seven days once the dimensions and the fabric are settled. Opacity is the one property worth confirming on a swatch rather than a photograph, which is why the fabric choice comes before the color choice.

Common questions

Why is the hijab minimum higher than the garment minimum? It is a separate line with its own number. The practical consequence is the same as anywhere in custom production: the more colors you split across, the more minimums you take on. How minimums are counted is worth reading before you plan a first range.

Can the hijab match our abaya exactly? Often close, rarely identical — the two are normally different fabrics, and color is set per fabric quality. Approve both on physical swatches, side by side. If you are building both, the garment side of the match is on our abaya range.

Do you print? Yes. Placement, repeat size and color are specified per style, and printing happens before cutting rather than on finished pieces.

Is there a size run? No. A hijab is a set of dimensions rather than a graded size, so the range question is length and width, not S through XL.
